These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Studio Made application and website (the "Service") operated by AlterAspect LLC ("we", "our", or "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

3. Tokens and Purchases

Token Packs

Token packs are one-time purchases that add tokens to your account balance. Purchased tokens do not expire. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

Token Usage

Tokens are consumed when you use eligible AI generation and editing features. The number of tokens consumed varies by the operation and is shown in the app before you confirm it.

4. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver your content so we can provide the features you request.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Attempt to circumvent token usage limits or billing
• Reverse engineer or tamper with the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party AI Services

When you request an AI-powered feature, inputs needed for that request (such as text, photos, audio, or video) may be sent to third-party AI services, including OpenAI, Google, and media generation providers. By using AI-powered features in the Service, you consent to that processing.

AI-generated content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AlterAspect LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTERASPECT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
