AlterAspect LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Studio Made mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.

When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address and display name through the sign-in provider you choose, such as Apple or Google.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including projects and features you use, token usage, and general app activity. This helps us provide and improve the Service and offer support.

User-Generated Content

Content you import or create in projects (including text, images, audio, and video) may be stored on our servers to provide project editing, generation, and continuity features. You retain ownership of your content.

Device Information

We may collect device identifiers, operating system version, and app version for analytics and crash reporting purposes.

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process your transactions and manage your token balance
• To save, edit, generate, and export your projects

• Apple and Google for supported sign-in methods
• RevenueCat for in-app purchase management
• Cloudflare for application hosting, data storage, and processing
• PostHog for analytics and error reporting
• Sentry for app crash reporting

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing data it collects.

4. AI Processing

When you request an AI-powered feature, the inputs needed for that request (such as text, photos, audio, or video) may be sent to third-party AI services for processing. These services include:

• OpenAI for AI-assisted planning and generation
• Google for AI-assisted analysis and generation
• Other AI providers as needed to deliver features

We send inputs to these services only to provide the result you request. Each third-party AI service processes data under its own privacy policy and data-processing terms.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Cloudflare services. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and as otherwise needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You can delete your account and associated data in the app or contact us for help.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
